1. We discourage bringing too much luggage.
2. Children above the age of 5 year will be considered as a sigle unit.
3. There is no provision of concession ticket to children less than 5 years or senior citizens.
4. Full amount has to be deposited within 30 days prior of the Journey.
5. In case the Char Dham Yatra is delayed due to bad weather or any other
   unforeseen reasons, The Journey will be conducted on the next available date or no chances of refund in that condition.
6. In Case of Rescheduling The Journey From The Customer’s Side The Booking Will Be Treated As Cancelled And A Fresh Booking is Required Which is Subject to Availability of Seats.
7. Cancelation can be done at least 30 days before the date of journey.
8. If the booking is cancelled before 45 Days 50% of the amount will be refunded.
9. If the booking is cancelled before 30 Days 25% of the amount will be refunded.
10. All extras (food, beverages and any other services) ordered by the customer will be on their expense.

Things to Note:-

Meals - The meals that would be provided at Hotels are on fixed menu basis.
Breakfast Menu: Tea/coffee, Parantha and curd, Poori Bhaji or similar.
Dinner menu: Salad + 01 Veg + 01 Paneer Dish + 01 Dal + Roti + Rice + Desert or similar.
Mostly during the yatra season hotels do not offer lunches unless booked previously. Also note that serving of tea/coffee/snacks to the guest is at the discretion of the hotel. As during the yatra season hotel staff has long working hours and at times they are unable to meet the demands of the yatri's. (Please note there could be changes in menu depending availability of vegetables/ingredients/raw materials).

Hotels

Packages are based on base category rooms, irrespective of the Hotel category opted. The hotels being provided in the itinerary are basic hotels in places like Barkot, Uttarkashi and Kedarnath. Since these hotels have very basic amenities you are advised not to expect facilities like hotels in metro cities. In most of the places there are hours of power cutting, thus you are advised to bear the problem with us, however, hotels have power back up but for a limited usage only. All the hotels do not have bell boy facility at times, clients may have to carry their own baggage to their rooms form the parking/from the vehicles that are parked near to the hotel. Hot water is being provided at specific timings (Approx 5 AM Till 8 AM) of hotels only once during the day. At certain hotels hot water may be provided with a bucket of hot water.

Economy Hotels :- ( equivalent to 1* to 2 *) Standard Hotels: - (equivalent to Upgraded 2*) In hilly areas, scarcity of water and electricity is a natural phenomenon. To overcome the water crisis certain hotels have fixed schedule for supplying hot and cold water. We strongly regret the inconvenience and look forward for your cooperation. Room up-gradation payable at the hotel directly. Consumption and serving of alcohol in hotels / rooms is subject to hotel's rules and regulations. Hotel / camps or any kind of accommodation can deny stay if valid id proof is not provided. Company is not responsible for any ID proof related issues. It is presumed that the tourist is medically fit to undertake the tour. If you have certain kind of allergy (especially for food) or any serious health issues kindly inform us in advance. Please be reminded that all special requests like early check-in, smoking, nonsmoking, views, floors, king, twin, adjoining and/or interconnecting rooms are strictly subject to availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed prior. Any expenses arising out of this is to be borne by the customer.

Kindly inform guests that same category rooms or identical rooms may not be available as the structure is not designed accordingly Facilities like western toilet, television in room, geyser in bathrooms, intercoms may not be available Eco camps and similar places. Most of the hotels do not have parking place and vehicle cannot be parked in front of the gates for longer period hence guests should wait at the reception 10 minute before the departure to avoid the inconveniences.

Many hotels charge extra for room heater as package does not include, same customer need to settled direct with the hotels. For extra adult many hotels provide extra mattress instead of extra bed. All hotels do not have lift facility and the guest may have to climb stairs. In case of guests having problems with blood pressure, breathing, knee and heart or if they cannot climb the higher floors, we request you to update this at the time of booking so that we may take appropriate action and try for rooms in the Ground floor. This is again subject to availability and DIFFRENCE IF ANY WILL HAVE TO BE SETTELED DIRECTLY BEFORE CHECK OUT.

Transport - We would provide with good vehicles however, you are advised to keep patience as driver may not be able to drive fast due to hilly terrain, bad roads, traffic etc. The parking lots at Sonprayag, Phoolchatti are limited you are advised to set up the time and place with driver to pick you up on your return. Since we do not have good transport beyond Haridwar and Rishikesh, it may take some time to replace vehicle and you would have to travel on the alternate option provided by us. At times you may have to pay directly on the spot to hire a local vehicle in event of your transport vehicle breakdown. Pilgrim vehicles after 8 PM are not allowed to run as per the law of state government. In case clients gets delay due to whatsoever reason and cannot reach to the hotel booked for them, they would have to stay at the nearest destination and no refund would be allowed for unutilized services.

Due to vehicle-parking difficulty, most of the areas are restricted to entry of vehicle and specific time is allotted for entries. Kindly follow the time strictly as given to you. The vehicle used will not be at disposal and will be exclusively used as per the itinerary only (on point to point basis). It will change sector wise. As per Motor Vehicle Act capacity of a Luxury Vehicle (Scorpio / Xylo / Innova) is 06 pax including Adult or Child. Also while opting for Luxury Vehicle please travel light with minimum baggage of one piece per person. However for comfortable and safe traveling it is advisable to fit in maximum 04 to 05 adult in a Luxury vehicle.
Companydoes not recommend or suggest night travel owing to the risk factor. So if you have a transfer to another destination in second half, please maintain time of your morning sightseeing.

Registration

Registration of yatris is a must. Biometric could be done at Haridwar/Rishikesh and also at a number of places en-route viz Barkot/Uttarkashi/Gangotri/Phata/Sonparayag. This registration is compulsory only for passengers traveling by foot/pony/palki to Kedarnath. Registration could be done by the yatri online as per the url link given http://onlinechardhamyatra.in

1. Pilgrims need to carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be carried in the helicopter.
2. All temples in Do Dham are located at high altitude areas. Pilgrims are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution. It is available at medical shops.
3. Passengers have to submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight found at the time of their travel from the submitted weights, which would exceed our aircraft’s weight carrying capacity, passengers would be de- boarded & cancelled for the Heli- tour without any refund.
4. In respect of covid-19, all necessary measures issued by the state & central governments would have to be adhered by all the pilgrims for their own as well other safety & health
5. Fitness: all pilgrims should be physically fit. It is better to do some jogging and other light exercise as you prepare for this journey.
6. In these locations the temperature will fall to 10 degree Celsius or less at night. Therefore, pilgrims are advised to carry woolen clothes.
7. Photography: Still cameras/ portable video cameras are allowed in Himalayan ranges but not inside the temple. Please do not attempt to take pictures inside the temples.
8. Communication: although all private mobile phones have coverage, BSNL/Jio network service mobile is better in most of the places.
