We have included every little detail, comfort & charge applicable from Dehradun helipad back to Dehradun helipad that you will encounter on your Chardham yatra. After bookingwith us you are ready to move on a journey of a lifetime.

1. Each person is allowed to carry only one single bag with maximum 3 to 5 Kg weight in the Helicopter.
2. We discourage bringing too much luggage. In case, if you have any extra luggage you can keep it at the Hotel cloak room.
3. Children above the age of 2 year will be considered full ticket.
4. There is no provision of concession ticket to children or senior citizens.
5. Full amount has to be deposited within 30 days prior of the Journey.
6. In Case of Rescheduling The Journey From The Customer’s Side The Booking Will Be Treated As Cancelled And A Fresh Booking is Required Which is Subject to Availability of Seats.
7. Cancelation can be done at least 15 days before the date of journey.
8. If the booking is cancelled before 20 Days 50% of the amount will be refunded.
9. If the booking is cancelled before 15 Days 25% of the amount will be refunded.
10. All extras (food, beverages and any other services) ordered by the customer will be on their expense.
11. Any meals, services not utilized, partly utilized are non-refundable.
12. The pilgrims have to stick to the Itinerary.
13. The Company Has The Right To Change The Itinerary In The Event Of Adverse Weather Condition Or Any Unforeseen Circumstances Which Is Beyond Our Control.
14. The Customer Has To Bear The Proportionate Tour Cost In Case Of Extended Stay Or Travelling Due To Any Unforeseen Reason.
15. The Company Will Not Be Responsible For Any Change in the Itinerary Due To Natural Calamity or Unforeseen Reasons.

Flight timing :-

Passengers are required to adhere to the scheduled Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) for each day of the tour. Failure to do so will result in being marked as a NO-SHOW.

Bad Weather and FORCE MAJEURE DISCLAIMER:

Helicopter flights in hilly terrain are contingent upon unpredictable factors such as adverse weather conditions and various Force Majeure events. These include delayed Air Traffic Clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by the India n Air Force (NOTAM), sudden technical issues in the aircraft, illness of the flying crew, or delayed reporting of passengers at the helipads, among other unforeseen circumstances. Passengers are advised to be ready to encounter any unexpected events and inconveniences that may arise in such situations.

Where bad weather, technical snags or any force majeure reason beyond Trinetras Aviation Services control results in the cancellation of your flight being delayed or cancelled, Trinetras Aviation will not be liable in any way for the cancelled or delayed flight. However, refund will be given to clients as per our refunds policy. Any kind of inconvenience caused because of cancellation of flights is beyond the control of the operator.

No compensation or reimbursement for accommodation, transportation, meals or any other extra travel expenses done by the passengers shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.

1. In case tour departure does not take place from Dehradun on Day One due to above reasons, tour will be considered as cancelled and full refund minus 10%, will be refunded immediately as per our policies will be made.
2. However, in case the passengers would like to consider taking the tour on the next available date, a fresh booking can be made for the same. Our team will propose the available options to the passengers.
3. The balance/unutilized amount against previous booking can be adjusted against the fresh booking. And any extra costs that would be accruing, will have to be borne by the passengers.
4. In case the tour departs from Dehradun as per schedule but gets disrupted, while the tour is ongoing, our team will propose the possible revised itinerary within the scheduled package days, but without any extension of days.
5. Any extension, proposed by the passengers, in the package will only be considered at an extra cost and subject to operational viability.
6. In case for 05 straight days flying does not take place, full refund minus 10% as per our policies will be made to the passengers.
7. New Dodham passenger(s) scheduled for departure from Dehradun on any respective travel date shall be our top priority, over the back-log passenger(s) of previous days(s).
8. Additional night halt charges will be payable by the passengers to hotels on direct payment basis, when they get stuck for additional nights due to bad weather/force majeure reasons.
9. If any passenger(s) require ferry flights to be operated for them in emergency, cost for the same will be charged to the party @ INR 125,000/hr plus GST.
10. While the tour is ongoing, if any group demands to cancel their tour mid-way, the arrangement of transportation will be done by Trinetrass Aviation, however, cost for the same will be borne by the passengers on direct payment basis.
11. Any increase in government levies or taxes or special Darshan or Palki after the confirmation of booking, will be extra chargeable to the passengers. Payment against the same will have to be made before the commencement of tour.
12. Dodham sector comprises of total 02 hours of flying. In case due to any unavoidable circumstance, we’re not able to fly either of the both Dhams (Kedarnath or Badrinath) in the same day, we’ll make an attempt to do the same on the next day. In case due to completion of current bookings for the day, and because of final pilot’s call we’re not able to fly even on the next day then refund will be provided on the basis of balance of flying hours @1,25,000/- per hour

Hotel and flight delay charges

As we have already mentioned in the above paragraph that company is not liable for any force mejeure disclaimer , also we are not liable for any delay in your flight , rail ticket or any mode of transportation , also company will not bear your hotel charges.

Overweight Charges

Overweight charges are applicable Rs.2,000/kg. This will be chargeable to passengers weighing above 75 kg. But excess weight will only be calculated on the total excess weight above the total permissible weight of all the group members combined, i.e., permissible weight = 75 Kg x (No. of pax). Any discrepancy found in the weights of the passengers, which will be chargeable as per the overweight criteria, the same would be collected prior to boarding of flights.

1. Pilgrims need to carry only handbags as suitcases cannot be carried in the helicopter.
2. All temples in Do Dham are located at high altitude areas. Pilgrims are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle with them as a precaution. It is available at medical shops.
3. Passengers have to submit their correct weights at the time of booking. If any change in weight found at the time of their travel from the submitted weights, which would exceed our aircraft’s weight carrying capacity, passengers would be de- boarded & cancelled for the Heli- tour without any refund.
4. In respect of covid-19, all necessary measures issued by the state & central governments would have to be adhered by all the pilgrims for their own as well other safety & health
5. Fitness: all pilgrims should be physically fit. It is better to do some jogging and other light exercise as you prepare for this journey.
6. In these locations the temperature will fall to 10 degree Celsius or less at night. Therefore, pilgrims are advised to carry woolen clothes.
7. Photography: Still cameras/ portable video cameras are allowed in Himalayan ranges but not inside the temple. Please do not attempt to take pictures inside the temples.
8. Communication: although all private mobile phones have coverage, BSNL/Jio network service mobile is better in most of the places.
